NUTS & BLOTS of the Gathering

 Program Registration Fee $100 Non-Refundable

• Helps PWSNE pay for our worship and workshop leaders’ transportation, honorariums, room and board
• Any materials needed

Early Bird Program Registration Fee $75 Non-Refundable

• All Registration Fees paid by July 1, will receive this reduction

Room and Board Fee

• Helps pay for the participants’ room, 3 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch), workshops meeting rooms
• Lodge: Single Occupancy $247 / Double $184
• Gilmore Slone (limited available): Single Occupancy $299 / Double $237
• All CT members/Voting Delegates will receive a $92 reduction/allowance
• When naming a roommate, be sure it is a mutual agreement

Scholarships

• Go to PWSNE Web Site for guidelines and applications
• Preference will be given to first time attenders

Commuters Fee

• All Commuters are to pay the Program Registration Fee plus any meals that they would like:
  • Friday Lunch – $20
  • Friday Dinner – $30
  • Saturday Lunch – $20
  • Commuters may choose not to eat in at Stony Point or brown bag it

Business Meeting

• There will be a Business Meeting on Saturday morning at 9:50
  • To hear a report from the Search Committee and vote on the slate of officers
  • Vote on our new Officers and Coordinating Team structure
  • Revised By-Laws based on the new structure
  • Any other business properly brought forward
  • All Delegates should attend to vote. All others are welcome to attend.

 Voting Delegates

• The currently serving Coordinating Team Members
• Each PWP Moderator (or a Designated or Contact Person)

Coordinating Team Meeting

• Friday 1:00 PM, may arrive at noon where lunch is served for CT Members.

• At least one per Presbytery (more are welcome)
• Printed 5 x 7
• Identification ONLY on the back
• Please bring to Gathering by 3 PM Friday or mailed printed copy to Virginia Champlin by July 1

Gathering Offering

• The Gathering Offering will be collected during the Worship Service on Saturday
• The recipient(s) of the Gathering Offering half will go to PDA and the other half to organization of our guest speaker
