Due to the Global Pandemic, we have decided to cancel our Triennial Gathering at The Desmond, August 21-22.  This Gathering will be folded into the October Leadership Workshops & Annual Meeting.  Be safe & healthy out there!

Program Registration Fee $100

• Helps PWSNE pay for our worship and workshop leaders’ transportation, honorariums, room and board
• Any supplies, printed materials needed, postage
• Everyone attending must pay the non-refundable Program Fee

Early Bird Program Registration Fee $75

• All Registration Fees paid by July 21,2020 will receive a $25.00 reduction

Room and Board Fee

• Helps pay for the participant’s room, 4 meals (Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch), workshop meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment rental
• Single Occupancy $323 / Double $255 / Triple $226 / Quad $216
• Children 12 and under stay free – just pay $75 for meals
• Children 13 and over are considered adults, and pay full package plan amount
• You may suggest a roommate. Make sure it is a mutual request.  If you have no preference, you will be assigned one.
• If you are attending as a non-voting attendee and you room with a voting delegate, you must pay for half the room fee
• Hotel Check-In is at 4 p.m. on Friday and Check-Out is 12 Noon on Saturday

• Preference will be given to first time attenders

Public Transportation

• The Desmond Hotel provides pre-arranged shuttle to/from the Albany airport
• The Desmond Hotel does not provide transportation to/from the train and bus

Commuters Fee

• All Commuters are to pay the Full Program Registration Fee plus any meals that they would like:
  • Friday Lunch – $40
  • Friday Dinner – $50
  • Saturday Breakfast – $25
  • Saturday Lunch – $40
  • Commuters may choose not to eat in at The Desmond Hotel

Workshops

• Three Workshops and everyone will be able to attend all three

Business Meeting

• There will be a brief Business Meeting on Friday 1:00-1:45 p.m.
  • To hear a report from the Search Committee and vote on the slate of officers
  • Any other business brought forward
  • All Delegates should attend to vote, and all others are welcome to attend

Voting Delegates

• The currently serving Coordinating Team Members
• Each PW Presbytery Moderator (or a Designated or Contact Person)
  • only one per PW Presbytery
• All mileage reimbursements & other event expenses must be submitted to the Treasurer within 30 days of this event – September 30^, 2020 at the latest

Coordinating Team Meeting

• During Saturday breakfast 7:00-8:00 a.m.

Childcare

• Scholarships are available for those needing to be subsidized for childcare at home while attending this event

Gathering Offering

• We will be collecting brand new socks (any size) to be distributed to organizations that have a need
• A monetary offering will be taken during Saturday afternoon Worship for Presbyterian Disaster Relief (PDA)
